Status Codes

50: Waiting List

Status 50 is assigned to a client whose VR counselor has determined that he or she will need Extended Employment services.  Only a VR counselor may certify eligibility for such services.

51: Sheltered Employment

This code is used to identify a client working in a segregated employment setting, i.e. a sheltered workshop.

52: Supported Employment Follow-Along

This code is used to identify a client working at a job in the community.

53: Services Interrupted

Status 53 identifies a client to whom either status 51, status 52, or status 60 was previously assigned, but who is temporarily unavailable for EE services due to illness, family problems, housing or transportation issues, or other unavoidable circumstances.  The CRP expects that the client will return to the employment setting once the problem has been resolved, at which time the CRP will resume billing RMR for EE services.  A status 53 designation is generally limited to a period of six months, after which the client will either resume EE services or be decertified.

54: Decertification

This code identifies clients who have been decertified from status 58, VR-Funded Services.

55: Decertification

This status code identifies a client who has been decertified from status 51, Sheltered Employment.

56: Decertification

Status 56 identifies a client who has been decertified from status 52, Supported Employment Follow-Along.

57: Decertification

This code identifies a client who has been decertified from status 50, Waiting List.

58: VR-Funded Services

This code identifies a client to whom a CRP has agreed to provide EE services under a signed Service Agreement, but who is receiving supported employment services funded by VR.  Once the client has achieved stable employment, the VR counselor assigns status 22 to his or her case and the CRP bills RMR for services rendered.  RMR then assigns either status 52 or status 60 to the client’s case.

59: Decertification

Status 59 identifies a client who has been decertified from status 60, Supported Employment Crew.

60: Supported Employment Crew

This code is used to identify a client employed as part of a supervised work crew.
