Privacy Policy
The following is RMR’s notice about client information and corresponding billing information, how we use it, with whom we share it, how we protect the information we collect and maintain, and email usage.
Why we collect program information
- We collect client data and billing information to administer the Extended Employment program. We do not use the information for any other internal or external secondary purpose.
- We retain personal information about clients (e.g., name, address, phone number, etc.) only when State of Montana Vocational Rehabilitation counselors and/or Community Rehabilitation Providers knowingly give it to us.
How we use program information
- We shall not give, share, sell, or transfer any personal information to a third party unless ordered to do so by a court of law.
- Personal client information provided will be used only in connection with the administration of the Extended Employment program.
With whom do we share program information?
- We may disclose information to State of Montana Vocational Rehabilitation Program in order to meet state-mandated guidelines for the administration of the Extended Employment program.
How we protect the security of the information we collect
- We are required by the State of Montana to protect the information we collect and maintain about clients in a secure manner. We shall take reasonable precautions to maintain the security, confidentiality, and integrity of the information we collect at this site.
- RMR sometimes uses contractors to perform various website and database functions. When we do, we make sure that the contractor ensures the security, confidentiality, and integrity of any personal information to which the contractor may have access in the course of contract performance.
Our concern about sending clients’ personal information via email
- Electronic mail is not secure. We therefore suggest that you do not send client information to us via email. For our part, we shall send only general information via email. Please send client information to us by fax or by telephone.
- Unless otherwise required by statute, we do not publicly identify who sends questions or comments to our web site. We will not obtain information that will allow us to personally identify you when you visit our site unless you choose to provide such information to us.
- We use computer “cookies” to store information about your session, but they are not required in order to use the website. We do not store any personal data in cookies.
Amendments
RMR reserves the sole right to amend or alter the Terms of Service and Privacy Policy by posting such change to this site at any time without notice.
